Carlyle - Moose Mountain Lodge Ventilation Upgrade

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
Installation of supply air ventilation in the Long Term Care hallways (North, South & East wings) at the Moose Mountain Lodge, Carlyle, SK. The original building was built with no supply air ventilation in the long term care hallways. There is a need for fresh air that has heating and air conditioning. Consultant work has been completed and attached are the sealed designs and specifications for Contractor use in completion of this project. There is a requirement for asbestos abatement to occur, during the renovation, in the spaces being accessed for this project.

SITE MEETING
18. A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled for February 20th, 2025, at 10 AM, meeting at the front entrance of Moose Mountain Lodge. All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids. Optional - Pre-register for site meeting via email to Chrissa Ullyott chrissa.ullyott@saskhealthauthority.ca on or before February 19th, 2025 at 3 PM.
