Visix (FY26)

This will be for a HaaS player, hosted services, implementation support service, professional support, data and event widgets, training, and including more alert management. This service will be used by the DHS Communications Office for displays outside each conference room with the room schedule. This will also allow DHS to display each unit within 25 Charles Street and throughout DHS, content such as conference room schedule, weather, traffic, DHS statistics, and any agency notices and events.

Only Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the Commercial Off-the-Shelf Software (COTS), (BPO) Number: 060B2490021, Functional Area I are eligible to submit a bid in response to this secondary competition Purchase Order Request for Proposal (PORFP). A current Master Contractor under the named contract may submit a Letter of Authorization (LOA) with their bid to be considered for the award.
