RFP #26-442, Compatibility Use Study (CUS) and Military Installation Resilience Review (MIRR)

Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing the Compatibility Use Study (CUS) and Military Installation Resilience Review (MIRR). Please refer to RFP #26-442 when inquiring about this solicitation.

A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on February 3, 2026, at 11:00 AM EST . Register with the buyer, Sandra Grello, at Sgrello@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Additionally, you may call 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 577 796 72# and you will be conferenced in.

Due Date: February 20, 2026, by 2:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through OpenGov. Proposals will be opened via Microsoft Teams Meeting - Register with the buyer, Sandra Grello, at Sgrello@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link or you may dial in by phone: 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 568 775 208#.
