Solicitation Summary
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is soliciting proposals for the renewal of existing Xerox DocuShare software licenses and manufacturer maintenance and support currently in use by the Department. This procurement is limited to commercially available, off-the-shelf software and does not include implementation, migration, customization, training, or professional services .
This solicitation is issued as a secondary competition under the COTS 2012 Statewide Master Contract (060B2490021) and is restricted to authorized Master Contractors . This is a Small Business Reserve (SBR) procurement, and award will be made to the responsible and responsive Offeror whose proposal is determined to be most advantageous to the State, considering technical merit and price.

Additional Instructions
This procurement is limited to the renewal of existing Xerox DocuShare software licenses and manufacturer maintenance and support only. Proposals including implementation, migration, customization, training, or professional services will be deemed non-responsive. Vendors must be authorized Xerox resellers under the COTS 2012 Master Contract.
