Description:

Project scope includes a complete finishes upgrade of the third floor of the Wade Hampton Building. Finishes upgrade includes new carpeting and resilient flooring, wall paint, trim paint, ceiling tiles, and lighting fixtures. Minor reconfiguration of space includes division of two open office areas into private offices and storage, and the addition of a break room area in a former cubicle area. Scope includes hazardous materials abatement.
