Delaware Avenue (NYS Rte. 443) Complete Streets

The projects limits extend from: the intersection of Delaware Avenue and Elsmere Avenue to the eastern Town line at the Normans Kill Bridge. The proposed project work consists of milling and resurfacing of Delaware Avenue and side street approaches, box widening reconstruction, installation of sidewalk and curbing, raised median islands, ADA complaint curb ramps, pedestrian signal equipment, RRFB pedestrian beacon system, drainage improvements, water main replacements, landscaping, decorative gateway feature, traffic sign replacements, and pavement markings. A Bid Add Alternate for a portion of the proposed Town Water Main replacement is included in this Bid.
