Sewer Collection Right-of-Way Maintenance
The Spartanburg Sanitary Sewer District Commission will accept Requests for Proposals
(RFP) for the Sewer Collection Right-of-Way Maintenance located throughout
Spartanburg County and surrounding areas, until 10:00 AM, Tuesday, September 1,
2026.
Additional information will be provided to those who respond to this request. Mandatory
Pre-Proposal Meetings will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to
12:00 PM, and the second meeting will be on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, from 1:30 PM to
3:30 PM. A ROW site visit will be available immediately after each meeting. Both
meetings will be held at the Spartanburg Water Lab Services Training Room at 297 South
Avenue, Spartanburg, SC 29306.
