Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Rush will receive bids for Building 7 (Horse Barn) at 6565 East River Road, Rush NY 14543. Such bids must be filed with Pamela Hargrave, Town Clerk, Town of Rush, 5977 East Henrietta Road, Rush, New York, 14543. We request that all interested parties submit their bid by Friday, June 16 th , 2025. SCOPE OF WORK Building #7 at White Springs Farm, 6565 East River Road, Rush is a large gambrel roofed barn located in the Town of Rush. We are looking for a Painter to Scrap, Seal and Paint the entire exterior and the interior ceiling. The surfaces were last painted with lead paint. The barn is approximately 36’ x 66’.
