Description:	For those renewing prequalification, the existing PDF package on the webpage may be downloaded and completed for submittal. Notice is hereby given that all electrical contractors and subcontractors that intend to submit a bid for performance of the identified electrical work listed below on East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) projects are required to complete the prequalification questionnaire, provide all requested materials, and be approved by EBMUD to be on the final qualified bidders list. Bids that include an electrical contractor or subcontractor (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor") of any tier that has failed to comply with these requirements will be rejected as nonresponsive. If two or more business entities expect to perform the identified electrical work as part of a Joint Venture, each entity within the Joint Venture must be prequalified in order to qualify for bidding. Contractors on the final qualified electrical bidders list will be eligible to bid on the selected projects identified in Appendix A. Projects identified in Appendix A are anticipated to be awarded in the near future, and are provided as examples of the types of projects that will use the list. Not all EBMUD projects will require the usage of this list. Electrical Contractor prequalification, if required for a specific project, will be identified in the Instructions to Bidders of the specifications for the project.
