Description: SCOPE The County of Rockland is seeking to purchase a chemical agent with the ability to liquefy hard, soap-like grease deposits in municipal sewer collection systems, and the ability to maintain said deposits in a liquid (flowable) state indefinitely. Primary user of this agent is the Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD#1) and they are currently using Fusion 300. Bidders shall submit unit pricing in accordance with the proposal pages for a chemical agent as Fusion 300, JetPower II or approved equal.
