Description: The Hugh L. Carey Battery Park City Authority (“BPCA”) is seeking proposals for an on-call consultant who shall be responsible for translating documents and for providing interpreter services. Documents to be translated include, but are not limited to, program calendars, press releases, and promotional materials.
