Audio Visual System Refresh Project

SUNY Downstate Health Science University intends to procure audio and visual equipment as part of the cafeteria A/V system refresh project pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A of the New York State Executive Law.

All labor wages tied to this project is under Prevailing Rate Case Number (PRC# 2025005592 - Audio Visual Cafeteria Reno)

The successful vendor shall be required to complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law Section 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a and valid/current NYS Workers’ Compensation and Disability Forms.
