Sidewalk Warranty Program 2025

The purpose of the Sidewalk Warranty Program is to repair sidewalks, curb, and gutters that were built in 2019, 2020 and 2021 that have been damaged and to ensure safe pedestrian traffic. The program is also designed to turn over the maintenance responsibility to Concrete Preservation once all repairs have been made. This Contract includes:

Concrete Replacement

removal and replacement of existing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, crossings, dropped crossings, and pedestrian ramps;
removal of asphalt overlay on concrete, as required;
landscaping, as required; and
gutter patch paving of curb replacement, as required.

Sidewalk Crack Filling

filling longitudinal and transverse cracks between 5 mm and 30 mm;
routing sidewalk cracks, where required;
placement of backer tape; and
application of blotting agent.
