| Notes | The City of Henderson hereby invites qualified firms or individuals to submit written Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide professional design services for the design of the Lake Mead Parkway Trail Phase 1. The project will consist of the design of a new trail along Lake Mead Parkway between Taylor Street and Warm Springs Road, including asphalt trail, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, concrete sidewalk ramps and amenities, and preparation of plans, specifications and construction cost estimates. See Exhibit A herein for project location. |
