Notice of Intent to Sole Source for Janitorial Services

This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes.

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) in Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to Little River Government Contracting, LLC (LRGC) for janitorial services for various customers aboard the base. The period of performance will be 1 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 with no option periods.

The award will be a sole source procurement awarded to LRGC in accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(4) Sole Source awards under the 8(a) Program (15 U.S.C. 637)

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Any potential sources other than LRGC may submit a capability statement via electronic mail to Ronnette Coffman, Contract Specialist at ronnette.e.coffman.civ@us.navy.mil by 4 PM ET on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not accepted in response to this notice.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
