UPDATE: 10 June 2025: Question:

Can Tank 7706 (diesel tank) be taken out at the same time as one of the JAA Tanks (7707 or 7708)? Or, does each tank need to be taken down separately making it three (3) mobilizations?

Answer: Per the installation, each tank must be taken down separately.

UPDATE: 10 June 2025: Question: Will you please provide SCA Determination for this bid? Answer: Please see Attachment in Attachments/Links.

UPDATE: 5 June 2025. QUESTION: Can you confirm what types of seals the tanks currently have (foam log, double wiper, etc.)? ANSWER: Per the inspection reports, Tank 7706 has no internal floating roof (IFR), Tank 7707 has no IFR, and Tank 7708 has an aluminum honeycomb IFR with double wiper seals.

UPDATE: 30 MAY 2025, Amendment to the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document Set Aside from 100% Set-Aside Total Small Business TO 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Own Small Business.

API 653 Internal tank inspections in accordance with all laws standards, federal regulations, as well as any state and local regulations and guidelines.
