The Haverhill Housing Authority invites written responses from contractors for the supply of services as described in the specifications for the Annual Painting and Related Repairs Service Contract.
It is the intent of the Authority to award this contract for the period of one (1) year, beginning on September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. The estimated value of this contract is $24,900.
The Specifications and bid forms must be submitted on or before Wednesday August 13, 2025 at 4:00 PM
The bid forms can be dropped off at the Haverhill Housing Authority, 25C Washington Square, Haverhill, MA, bid forms can be emailed to dan@haverhillhousing.com or mailed to Haverhill Housing Authority, P.O. Box 751, Haverhill, MA 01831
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. The Haverhill Housing Authority reserves the right to award and/or reject any and all bids or proposals for any reason determined to be in the Authority's best interest.
