Description:
This Request for Proposals ("RFP") issued by the Olympic Authority seeks a qualified operator to manage and provide restaurant, bar, and food and beverage services within the North Creek Ski Bowl Lodge ("Leased Premises"), located at the North Creek Ski Bowl in North Creek, New York, part of Gore Mountain. The RFP process will result in the selection of a successful Lessee, who will assume full responsibility for delivering the comprehensive food and beverage services as outlined in the RFP for the Leased Premises.
