Learning Management System (LMS) Archiving Solution
Description:

The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a SaaS solution that can be integrated with its LMS applications and storage (on-prem and cloud-based) to archive course content and student data from CUNY's LMS, ensuring the integrity of content and facilitating easy access to archived data. By implementing a centralized, future-ready archiving infrastructure, CUNY aims to mitigate risks associated with data loss, system transitions, or policy changes that could affect data accessibility.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on March 12, 2025, at 11 am EST via Zoom.

All prospective proposers must attend this conference. Failure to attend this conference will result in your proposal being rejected by CUNY.

Required Forms: Vendor shall complete, sign and submit the following
forms if they are selected:
1. “Offerer’s Affirmation of Understanding of and Agreement pursuant to State Finance Law §139-j(3) and §139-j(6)(b)”
2. “Offerer’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and§139-k”.
