The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) anticipates a Base Contract requirement to provide services in support of SUBSAFE, Level I, and Non-SUBSAFE work during various submarine maintenance availabilities in support of Code 242 in accordance with the attached DRAFT Statement of Work and DRAFT Level of Effort.
