THE PROJECT consists of the following major elements: Improvement of existing Roper Park in the City of Gainesville, including demo and removal of an existing restroom building, trees, fencing, and concrete sidewalk, and installation of a new prefabricated restroom building, pavilion, site lighting, sand volleyball courts, parking lot, concrete walls, stairs, and sidewalk, along with associated landscaping and drainage systems. ONLY PROPOSERS IN ATTENDANCE FOR THE ENTIRE MEETING WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THE PROJECT.
