SEPARATE SEALED PROPOSALS for furnishing all materials and providing all labor, tools, and equipment will be received by the Owner at the City of Gainesville Civic Center, 830 Green Street NE - 1st Floor Rear Building Entrance, Gainesville, Georgia 30501, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday May 21, 2025. A date/time stamp located at the Rear Building Reception 1st Floor of the Civic Center will determine the time of receipt. THE PROJECT consists of the following major elements: Improvement of existing Roper Park in the City of Gainesville, including demo and removal of an existing restroom building, trees, fencing, and concrete sidewalk, and installation of a new prefabricated restroom building, pavilion, site lighting, sand volleyball courts, parking lot, concrete walls, stairs, and sidewalk, along with associated landscaping and drainage systems. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held for all Proposers on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the project site, 171 Virginia Circle NW, Gainesville, GA 30501. ONLY PROPOSERS IN ATTENDANCE FOR THE ENTIRE MEETING WILL BE ALLOWED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL FOR THE PROJECT.
