IBIS REPUMP STATION GENERATOR AND FUEL DAY TANK REPLACEMENT
The City of West Palm Beach (City) is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to remove the repump station generator and fuel day tank at the Ibis Repump Station and install a City furnished generator and fuel day tank.
Solicitation documents may be acquired electronically and free of charge by registering and logging onto the City’s third party website, DemandStar at: https://network.demandstar.com/for-business . The solicitation and any addenda posted by the City on DemandStar are the only official procurement documents. The City does not post procurement solicitations on other third party sites, and is not responsible for the content posted on any third party site other than DemandStar.
Time is of the essence and any Bid received after 3:00 pm, June 12, 2025, whether by mail or otherwise, will be returned unopened. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their Bid is time-stamped by Procurement personnel by the deadline. The City shall not be responsible for any delays caused by any occurrence. Bidders shall submit one (1) original, one (1) electronic version and one (1) copy of the bid in a sealed envelope, marked in the lower left-hand corner with the solicitation number, title, submittal deadline date and time.
NON-MANDATORY SITE VISIT: There is a non-mandatory site visit on May 28, 2025, AT 10:00 A.M. to visit the Ibis Repump Station. Location: 8740 N State Road 7 (SR-7), West Palm Beach, Florida 33412. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED.
IMPORTANT:Contact by a Bidder (or anyone representing a Bidder) regarding this solicitation with the Mayor, any City Commissioner, officer, Selection Committee member, or City employee other than an employee of the West Palm Beach Procurement Division is grounds for disqualification.
