Synopsis
Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the City of Detroit Housing and Revitalization Department (“HRD”) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide property inspections for the HOME, CDBG, and NSP-funded affordable housing projects—mostly multifamily, with some single-family scatter site homes— in the estimated amount of 140 effected properties within HRD’s Asset Management portfolio.
