The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from one or more qualified sources to furnish, deliver and install outdoor furniture as specified herein for the new Integrated Science Center Phase 3 (ISC-3) Building located at Christopher Newport University, an institution of higher education of the Commonwealth of Virginia; hereinafter referred to as the University. Awards will be rendered on a per lot basis. Delivery may be an award factor.
