BRAND NAME - Leibert HVAC systems at JBSA FSH

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301625Q0183 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation Circular Number 2025-05, DFARS change 01/17/2025 and DAFFARS Change 10/16/2024.

This requirement is for the purchase of Two (2) Brand Name Leibert HVAC Systems with services incidental for the removal of existing systems and installation of the new systems at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston (FSH), TX Bldg.1062.

This purchase is being solicited as a full and open competition. Vendors shall be registered and active within SAM.gov.
