Sealed Tenders will be received by the undersigned until 2:00 P.M., Local Time on March 27, 2025, for the street improvements of : Carter Place and Utility Patches – 10 Locations. Approximately 841 m2

To submit the tender please contact Gabriella Marsh, Executive Assistant, and arrange for your bid to be delivered. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their bid is delivered prior to the closing deadline.

It is not mandatory that the Contractor have COR certification but must have a safety program in place and, demonstrate good standing with WCB and will accept responsibility as Prime Contractor for the duration of the project.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or alternatively, a bid bond in the amount of not less than “10 % of the Tender amount”. The City of Meadow Lake reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest Tender.
