AMBULANCE SERVICES - DRC260145 - ORW

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction (ODRC) for the listed institution to obtain pricing for Ambulance Services for the inmate population. If suitable pricing is offered, the Institution may enter into an Ambulance Services Agreement to have the selected Contractor provide transportation.

The Contractor agrees to provide the specified services below and any other emergency medical transport services as part of providing emergency medical transport service. The Contractor agrees to do all the following. Please reference the attachments.

Offerors will need to review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all the required documentation via OhioBuys.

All bids and inquiries must come through OhioBuys. The solicitation adheres to the dates provided in OhioBuys, shall any changes in the dates be necessary, such information will be posted in OhioBuys as well.
