This Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract is to provide a service to mail Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT) collection kits to Veterans to screen for colorectal cancer (CRC). The service includes assembling the FIT collection kits, mailing the kits, and conducting pre-notification and follow-up communication with Veterans. It requires approximately 30,000 to 60,000 FIT collection kits to be mailed annually. This contract will support the Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17, to include the North Texas, Central Texas, South Texas, Amarillo, El Paso, Valley Coastal Bend, and West Texas Veterans Health Care Systems. This services uses FIT Collection kits that can only be provided by one contractor. See attached Sole Source Justification.
