Description:
The National Institutes of Health intends to exercise a renewal option under an existing lease agreement for the continued use of biomedical research space located at 445 N. 5th St., Phoenix, AZ. The lease is held with Precision Medicine Facilities, L.L.C., and the renewal will be executed under the terms and conditions of the existing lease agreement, in accordance with GSAM Part 570.
The Government intends to renew the lease for a period of five years, beginning on August 26, 2025 and ending on August 25, 2030. The estimated total base rent for this renewal period is $3.8 million dollars.
This is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not consider alternative properties at this time. However, any party that believes it can provide a comparable property that meets the Government's requirements may submit a written capability statement to the Lease Contracting Officer by January 22, 2025. Capability statements must include documentation that demonstrates the ability to meet the Government's requirements, including location, square footage, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
