Description
Spalding County is providing public notice of its intent to award a contract to Bliss Products and Services to provide Play and Park Playground Structure. Bliss Products has been identified as the sole source for this purchase, as stated in the attached sole source notice. Any supplier capable of providing the identified goods or services may challenge this sole source determination by filing a written protest with the Spalding County Board of Commissioners, in accordance with the protest procedures outlined in the Spalding County Procurement Policy. The protest must be received before the closing date and time identified herein.
