The 502 Contracting Squadron, JBSA Lackland Air Force Base (AFB) TX, is issuing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources to provide the following scope of work.
Description of Work: The Contractor shall provide non-personal services, including all management, tools, maintenance manuals, supplies, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to perform inspections/preventative maintenance, and repair services on forklifts for the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Logistics Branch (HNCL) at Port San Antonio and Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland. The forklifts and their locations are listed in Appendix A. Addition of similar equipment and/or removal of equipment from this list may be expected throughout the life of this contract in order to meet Government needs. All work shall be in accordance with commercial and industrial standards. (Refer to PWS Attachment for more information)
All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY: The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to query the market for potential interested, capable, repsonsbile, and qualified Contractors that can provide/perform the stated in Performance Work Statement. The government is interested in collecting market data/information in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.
The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310.
