Any firm which is not al-ready approved to manufacture this material must submit aSource Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not bedelayed to wait for a SAR approval.

UID: UID requirements will not apply for FMS requirements.Buy American Clauses will apply and will be posted in thesolicitation.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive propos-als. However, all proposals received within 5 DAYS after date ofpublication of this synopsis will be considered by theGovernment. Information received will normally be consid-ered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conducta competitive procurement.
