CONTRACT #1 - Asbestos Abatement at Three (3) Vacant Residential Properties and
One (1) Vacant Commercial Property:

• 737 West Main Street, Endicott, NY 13760 (Town of Union)
• 181 Hawley Street, Binghamton, NY 13901 (City of Binghamton)
• 5 Tremont Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903 (City of Binghamton)
• 27 Columbia Avenue, Binghamton, NY 13903 (City of Binghamton)

Sealed bids will be received by the owner for asbestos abatement. Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 AM, May 15th, 2025, at the Broome County Land Bank Corporation, 60 Hawley Street, 5th Floor, Binghamton, New York 13901, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.

The Broome County Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award
the contract in the best interests of the Broome County Land Bank.

Successful bidder shall begin work on June 3rd, 2025 and be substantially completed on or before June 30th, 2025.
