The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This effort is to provide post deployment build software maintenance and associated engineering support service for Phased Array Tracking to Intercept on Target (PATRIOT) Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) Software Task (P3ST) for Years 9 and 10. This effort includes logistics engineering and software support, obsolescence monitoring and analysis, engineering functional support, cybersecurity, configuration management support, and program management support for the PAC-3 Missile Segment.
The proposed source for this effort is Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (LMMFC), 1701 West Marshall Drive, Grand Prairie, Texas 75051, commercial and government entity (CAGE) code 64059. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(A) and (B), LMMFC is the only source with knowledge, expertise, and full disclosure technical data package (TDP) to perform this effort. The Government does not have the necessary intellectual property rights to utilize the data for full and open competition
