Procure an Assessment Software Solution

The State University of New York at Fredonia seeks to address a significant need for Assessment software in fulfilling program and accreditation requirements for our college department/programs. The proposal underscores our need to ensure that our accreditation process maintains uniformity across all key requirements.

We are seeking proposals from software firms/solutions capable of assisting the College with this process. RFP specifications are available in the documents section of this advertisement.

Inquiries are to be made by email only and only to the designated contacts identified in this advertisement. Proposals will be accepted by hard copy and submission guidance is included with the RFP/project specifications document. The College reserves the right to make no award.

In compliance with the Procurement Lobbying Act signed into law by Governor Pataki in August 2005, and effective January 1, 2006, permissible contact by an Offeror/Bidder in relation to any specific procurement in excess of $15,000 should be made only with authorized personnel of SUNY Fredonia who are designated as the contact person(s).

For this procurement, those contact person(s) shall be the following: Primary contact- Soteris Tzitzis, Director University Services, univserv@fredonia.edu and Secondary contact- Janet Mayer, Director of Contracts, janet.mayer@fredonia.edu . The restricted period for this procurement is from now until final contract approval by SUNY Fredonia and the Office of the State Comptroller.
