This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in the two Beach Parking Lots being refurbished with varying degrees of work for the Town of Scarborough. The Hurd Park (Pine Point Beach Parking Lot) will be for Crack fill, Sealcoating and Striping. The Ferry Beach Parking Lot will be Sealcoating & Striping. The intent of this project is to be completed no later than May 1, 2025.
