Description: The City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department is requesting proposals from qualified Consultants that may lead to the award of engineering services to design a pressure-based cogeneration engine fuel control system to bypass the gas holding unit and transfer digester gas directly from the digesters to the cogeneration facilities at the Wastewater Recovery Center. The purpose of this project is to provide redundancy and improve the reliability of the gas handling facilities.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Request for Proposals (RFP) are invited by the City of Stockton,

California for the PRESSURE-BASED DIGESTER GAS CONTROL SYSTEM FOR THE

WASTEWATER RECOVERY CENTER COGENERATION PLANT in strict accordance with the

specifications.

The City of Stockton, Municipal Utilities Department (City) is seeking a proposal from qualified

Consultants that may lead to the award for engineering services to design a pressure-based cogeneration

engine fuel control system to bypass the gas holding unit and transfer digester gas directly from the

digesters to the cogeneration facilities at the Wastewater Recovery Center. The purpose of this project

is to provide redundancy and improve the reliability of the gas handling facilities.

Proposal forms and specifications are available on the City’s website at

www.stocktonca.gov/mudbid and must be delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 425 North

El Dorado Street, Stockton, up to but not later than, Thursday, October 31, 2024, at 2:00 p.m.

The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received.
