Professional services for the planning, design, and implementation of a road weather-based Variable Speed Limit (VSL) system along the 4-lane section of the Richardson Highway from MP 341-362 and the undivided Seward Highway from MP 90-118. The primary goal of this project is to reduce winter-weather-related crashes by dynamically managing speed and speed differentials based on real-time roadway and environmental conditions.
