The State of Texas,by and through Texas Southern University (TSU), seeks sealed proposals to provideuniformed unarmed security services for Texas Southern University residentialcommunities in accordance with the specifications contained in this Request forProposal (RFP). The awarded vendor willserve as a Texas Southern University approved vendor for all things related tosecurity services provided from an outside vendor.
Qualified respondents are invited to submit a writtenresponse outlining their qualifications, experience, and pricing for theservices as described in the Scope of Services, and in accordance with theterms, conditions, and requirements set forth in the Request for Proposal(RFP). The successful proposer(s) will provide the scope of services inaccordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
