Request for Proposals | Operation Management of Twin Falls Golf Club

Pursuant to the Idaho Code, the City of Twin Falls (the “City”) is authorized to invite proposals from private companies, firms or any persons interested in undertaking the management and operations of the Twin Falls Golf Club.

The City hereby serves notice that, for a period of four weeks from the date of publication of this request, it is inviting proposals from private companies, firms or other interested parties. All proposals must be received by the City no later than Friday, September 19, 2025 (5:00 p.m.) local prevailing time.

The City will only consider proposals that have been completed in accordance with the developed RFP, clearly demonstrate the proposer's financial and legal ability to carry out said proposal and which further meet the City's restrictions and requirements. The City may accept such proposal or proposals as it deems in the public interest, may reject all proposals, or may further negotiate for such proposal or proposals as may be acceptable in the public interest.

The selected proposer will be required to sign an agreement with the City that complies with all Idaho public bidding laws and statutes, public professional and personal services contracts, and public contracts in general, and will otherwise be required to abide by all laws, rules, and regulations that govern the City of Twin Falls and the State of Idaho in the performance of this agreement.
