For the Lincoln Park Community Center, project consists of selective demolition and interior renovation of approximately 7,000 square feet of the
existing 12,500 square feet building, including finishes, restroom upgrades, new exterior windows and existing
exterior walls, and other work as shown on the Contract Drawings, specified in the Contract Documents, or as
directed by the Engineer.
