The City of Ypsilanti (“City” or “Owner”) is a community with a population of about 21,000. The City owns or controls 95 acres of parkland across 15 parks and four facilities. The City issues this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from experienced professional parks planning consultants interested in developing the City’s Parks and Recreation Master Plan for 2025 – 2030 (“Plan”), as well as two optional project scopes.
