Project Description: The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board / Bowen Collins Engineers.
All Contract Documents may be obtained by contacting the office of the Engineer beginning May 19, 2025. Email Lisa Baker at lbaker@bowencollins.com to obtain a copy of the contract documents.
Questions: All questions & inquiries related to this project prior to the opening of Bids shall be directed to the Engineer for the Project: Jeff Beckman, Bowen Collins & Associates. Email: jbeckman@bowencollins.com. All questions shall be submitted by 4:00pm on June 16, 2025.
Submission: Sealed Bids will be received at the office of Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board, Owner of the Work, located at 4000 East 2200 South, P.O. Box 426, Vernal UT, Utah 84078 until 2:00 pm, on June 24, 2025.
Pre-bid Conference: A pre-bid conference and site visit for the Project will be held at 11:00 am on June 5, 2025 at the office of Ashley Valley Sewer Management Board, located at 4000 East 2200 South, Vernal UT, Utah 84078. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is highly strongly recommended but not required.
