Description

The 411th Contracting Support Brigade is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive food catering services for Keris Strike Exercise 2025, to be held in Ipoh, Malaysia from 16 July to 02 August 2025. This exercise involves personnel from multiple nations and requires reliable, high-quality catering services to ensure participant well-being and mission readiness.



2. Scope of Work:



The Contractor shall provide buffet-style breakfast and dinner catering services for personnel participating in Keris Strike Exercise 2025. Services shall include, but are not limited to, the provision of food, beverages, serving staff, buffet setup and breakdown, and waste removal. The Contractor is responsible for all aspects of food handling, preparation, and service in accordance with applicable health and safety regulations (both Malaysian, Army Regulations 30‐22, Department of the Army Pamphlet 30‐22, USAREUR Regulation 30‐21 and TB MED 530 standards).



3. Performance Work Statement (PWS):



The detailed requirements for this catering service are fully outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). All proposed services must meet or exceed the specifications detailed within the PWS



FACTORS:




  1. Technical: Factors evaluated based on Food Water Risk Assessment provided by the US Government Public Health Service provider.

  2. Price Schedule: The offeror shall provide a complete price schedule (to include price per meal breakdown and raw food price), no Later than 23 June 2025, 4:00pm Korea Standard Time to kwonethia.l.watkins.mil@army.mil. The Government will evaluate the price for reasonableness and completeness. The Government will use any of the price analysis techniques and procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(1) to ensure a fair and reasonable price.
