The Federal Aviation Agency’s (FAA) Office of Leadership and Learning Institute (AHD-100) within the Human Resources Office (AHR-1) has a continuing requirement for a comprehensive suite of eLearning service offerings to support training requirements of the FAA’s 70,611 employees and contractors. These learning services are made available to all FAA employees through FAA’s e-Learning Management System (eLMS) in support of the Corporate Learning Program. Requirements include a broad range of commercially available and specialized training and learning solutions tailored for U.S. federal government employees.
The Contractor must provide all management, supervision, labor, software, facilities, equipment, material supplies, and services (except as may be expressly set forth in this contract as furnished by the Government) and otherwise do all things necessary for, or incident to, the performance of the service solutions set forth under Section C, Statement of Work.
