THE WORK CONSISTS OF:
Furnish all labor, materials, transportation, permits, and equipment necessary to perform chemical vegetation control services at two (2) treatment locations at Edward MacDowell Dam. Treatment areas total approximately 14 acres and are within the Towns of Peterborough, NH and Hancock, NH. The herbicide treatment shall be applied to all vegetation within the treatment area, including but not limited to woody vegetation, invasive plant species, noxious weeds, and/or grasses, on the rip-rap stone at the Edward MacDowell Dam, Outflow Channel, and Spillway Channel.
The areas to be treated include, but are not limited, to rip-rap stone slope embankments, rock interfaces, roadway edges, concrete structures, inlets, dikes, and spillways around the Edward MacDowell Lake Flood Control Project. All work shall be completed in accordance with the following Performance Work Statement.
This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million.
ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
