APEX Accelerators are an official government contracting resource for small businesses. Find your local APEX Accelerator (opens in new window) for free government expertise related to contract opportunities.
APEX Accelerators are funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense.
The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201 to inform industry of the Government’s intent to re-compete the Border Enforcement Applications for Government Leading-Edge (BEAGLE) Information Technology (IT) requirement, the existing contract currently supporting the Border Enforcement and Management Systems Directorate (BEMSD). CBP anticipates that the acquisition will be competed under GSA MAS on an unrestricted basis.
The Government plans to release a Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated Draft Requirements Documentation in late June 2025. This draft documentation will be provided to solicit feedback from interested industry partners to help refine the Government’s final acquisition strategy and requirements.
This is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). The Government is not requesting proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this notice. A separate notice will be issued for the release if the final solicitation.
Key Information:
Industry Engagement:
Upon release of the draft requirement and industry feedback, the Government may seek clarifications with individual respondents and may engage in one-on-one meetings if determined to be advantageous. Details regarding any such engagements will be provided following the draft requirement release.
Interested parties are encouraged to monitor this posting for future updates and provide feedback when the draft documents are made available. CBP anticipates that the requirement will be solicited under GSA MAS.
