The Department of General Services (DGS) on behalf of the Energy Resource and Management Office (ERMO) is issuing this Invitation for Bid(s) (IFB) in order to procure Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services for the Emergency Generators located throughout the Commonwealth Capitol Complex and outlying buildings in Harrisburg, PA.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT. Two (2) opportunities, Tuesday, October 15, 2024, 7:30 AM ET and Thursday, October 17, 2024, 7:30 AM ET are available for the mandatory site visits scheduled for the locations. Suppliers may opt to attend one (1) or both dates. RSVP to attend should be emailed to Nicole Moyer, nicomoyer@pa.gov by COB before the date of the scheduled visit. Bidders must be registered in the Commonwealth's SRM system in order to bid, please use this link to register - https://pasupplierportal.state.pa.us/irj/portal/anonymous.
