Description: |
Millersville University is seeking bids for General, Plumbing, HVAC and Electric Construction Contractors for the following scope of work:
Work under this project entails renovating approx. 11,000 SF to provide improvements to the stadium locker rooms and complex. General Construction work will consist of selective demolition, sitework, concrete, masonry, drywall partitions, ceilings, ADA restroom finishes, and interior finishes. HVAC work includes new HVAC systems and controls. Plumbing work includes water heater, misc. piping, fixtures, and accessories. Electrical work consists of power, wire and conduit, new lighting, and fire alarm system. Low voltage cabling and devices for IT data systems is by MU Contractor.
